3 STATION PROGRESSIVE DIE
AAA Tool & Die designed and built this three station progressive die to produce
a roof vent frame. The die draws the vent 1.75 inches deep in the first station utilizing
a nitrogen draw pad. The second station finishes the form, pierces 26 fastening holes, and
blanks out of the vent's top. The third station forms the vent's caulking seal and blanks
it through the die.
